Advocate Varun Katiyar is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience across various areas of law. Enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council and a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, he has built a strong reputation for his proficiency in handling complex legal matters across various domains. With a specialization in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Commercial Law, Consumer and Corporate Disputes, Cyber law, Family Law, and Shipping Law. He regularly appears before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, and tribunals, including the High Courts of Allahabad and Nainital, as well as district courts representing clients in complex legal matters.

With a strong foundation in legal drafting and advocacy, he has handled cases involving writ petitions, arbitration, anticipatory and regular bail applications, commercial disputes, and matters related to POCSO, SC/ST Act, and the Prevention of Corruption Act. His work in cyber law includes advising on data protection, online fraud, and digital rights. Additionally, he has extensive experience in corporate legal matters, including drafting agreements, contracts, and legal opinions, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence for businesses.

As a Senior Litigation Associate, he has led litigation teams, strategized high-stakes legal proceedings, and mentored junior associates. His practice extends to consumer law, family law, intellectual property rights, and international trade laws. He has worked on builder-buyer disputes, family settlements, and regulatory compliance matters.
